The Fort Lee School District or Fort Lee Public Schools is a comprehensive public school district serving pre-kindergarten through 12th grade students from Fort Lee in Berg County, New Jersey, United States.

Former district superintendent Dr. Ray Raymond Bandlow announced in August 2011 that although he had more than two years left on his contract, he would retire from New Jersey effective October 31 to accept a position as superintendent of Beacon City Schools in Beacon, N.Y. In addition to collecting the New Jersey salary, Bandlow will receive an annual salary of $210,000 from what he earned at Fort Lee, but he will earn about $165,000 more at Fort Lee after the salary cap imposed by the governor.
